Quality Check Verification
Upload high-resolution photos of the product to ensure that the adhesive backing is intact and the skin has not been applied or damaged.
Secure Packaging
Place the items back in their original protective sleeve and envelope to prevent any creases or folds during the transit back to our warehouse.
Refund Processing
Once our technical team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
